With Phase 4 of the “return to life” in place, the Kuwait football league has resumed, after a suspension since March due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It kicked off with Kuwait Sports Club defeating rivals Al Naser Sport Club 2-0.
Yesterdays match took place without spectators, and was delayed from the 11th round whilst Kuwait Club participated in the Asian Champions League (AFC) qualifications.
The 15th round will kick off next Thursday, with Al-Shabab vs. Al-Tadhamon & Al-Yarmouk vs. Al-Sahel.
Kuwait club currently tops the league with 30points, ahead of second place Al-Qadsiya.
