PACI have announced a new delivery service, that costs just 2KD, and includes a tracking service too.
PACI have assured that they are keen to ensure the civil ids are delivered in a safe and private manner, and to that effect they are delivered in a sealed envelope with the authority’s logo on it. In the event that the old civil id is not available, the person concerned must provide the representative of the delivery company with the necessary documents to receive the new civil id card. Source
