Enjoy a White Truffle Experience in Kuwait

All the way from Alba in Italy, Sicilian born Sebastiano Spriveri is bringing to the guests’ table the limited and unique aroma of White and Black Truffle with a special menu.


Guests will embark on a journey of the white truffle season with Chef Sebastiano at the Italian Resturant, Dai Forni with a panoramic rooftop view of the city and handcrafted menu with White Truffle.


The journey of Black Truffle from Umbria and White truffle has started from Alba, a region well-known for its rich flavour in central Italy, where white truffles are considered as stars, harvested from underground the surface, those aromatic fungi are exclusively available for a short period and reaches the tables of the guests under the watchful eye of Sebastiano and his talented team.


A rich menu offers mouth-watering specialties that are a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, such as Insalatina di anatra; duck salad with pomegranate and Alba white truffle; Risotto carnaroli Acquerello riserva with Alba white truffle; and Sbriciolata di Nocciole, a hazelnut brown butter crumble with exotic caramel, Dulce ice cream and Alba white truffle.
